Il faut croire que la collaboration entre Spectral Lore et Mare Cognitum a été une étape décisive pour Jacob Buczarski : ses morceaux se rallongent un peu plus ; dans le cas de Phobos Monolith, les cinquante minutes tiennent en quatre chapitres. Mais son black metal atmosphérique ne perd rien de sa densité et embrasse tous les paradoxes de l'espace en même temps : il est infini (cette introduction de six minutes sur la première piste !), spectaculaire, épique, mélancolique, mortel.
